These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, memberships, class packs, and drop-in classes purchased through MAKO STUDIO's booking platform.
By purchasing a service or booking a class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

BOOKINGS
All bookings are made through MAKO STUDIO's online booking platform and are subject to availability.
Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
MEMBERSHIPS
MAKO STUDIO offers recurring monthly memberships, class packs, and drop-in classes.
Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
Memberships and class packs are personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered member.
Memberships become active immediately upon purchase unless otherwise stated.
STUDENT MEMBERSHIPS
Selected memberships are available at a discounted student rate.
To qualify, valid proof of enrolment at an educational institution must be submitted before the membership is activated. Student status must be verified every 6 months to continue receiving the discounted rate.
If valid documentation is not provided or your student enrolment ends, you may choose to continue your membership at the standard membership price or cancel it in accordance with the standard notice period.
FAIR USE
To ensure fair access to classes for all members, unlimited memberships may hold a maximum of 12 future bookings at any one time.
Once a booked class has been attended or cancelled, another booking may be made.
CLASS PACKS & DROP-IN CLASSES
Class packs are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Unused classes expire automatically at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.
Drop-in classes are paid in full at the time of purchase.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely through our booking platform using Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or MobilePay.
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Monthly memberships renew automatically and are charged on the 1st of each month.
If you purchase a monthly membership during a calendar month, your first payment will be adjusted proportionally for the remaining days until the next billing date. Full monthly payments begin on the following 1st of the month.
MAKO STUDIO does not store your payment card details.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Classes may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled class start.
If you cancel after the cancellation deadline:
- Drop-in classes are non-refundable.
- Class packs will lose the reserved class.
- Monthly memberships will incur a 40 DKK late cancellation fee, added to the next scheduled payment.
Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling before the deadline is considered a no-show and will also result in a 40 DKK fee for monthly memberships.
WAITLIST
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Available places are offered automatically in the order members join the waitlist.
If you are offered a place, you will receive a confirmation email and the standard cancellation policy will apply from that point.
For drop-in bookings, payment is not taken when joining the waitlist. If you are offered a place, you will receive payment instructions by email and must complete payment before attending the class.
If you are not offered a place before the class begins, any reserved class from your class pack will be returned automatically.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time through your member profile or by contacting MAKO STUDIO.
The notice period is the current month plus one calendar month.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the notice period. Payments already charged are non-refundable.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your statutory right of withdrawal is described in our separate Right of Withdrawal policy.
HEALTH & PARTICIPATION
We encourage all members to participate responsibly and within their own physical limits.
Please inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant.
Participation in all classes is at your own responsibility.
CHANGES TO SERVICES
MAKO STUDIO reserves the right to adjust membership prices, class schedules, instructors, and services.
Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

If you have any questions or wish to make a complaint regarding a booking or purchase, please contact us at mako.studiodk@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
