RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you purchase a membership, class pack, or other service from MAKO STUDIO online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 daysof the purchase date, in accordance with Danish consumer legislation.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the membership or class pack has not been used.

A membership or class pack is considered usedif:

• You attend a class; or
• You do not cancel a booked class before the applicable cancellation deadline.

If you cancel all bookings before the cancellation deadline, your membership or class pack is still considered unused and may be refunded within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method.
